Refund eligibility
If you apply for a refund due to product quality issues, you must meet the following conditions:
1. purchase channel: You must buy the corresponding product through the XCrawl official channel.
2. Payment Method: The currency you use to pay for the product is non-cryptocurrency.
3. Application deadline: You must submit a refund application within 7 days after your first purchase of a specific product. You will not be able to request a refund unilaterally after the deadline.
4. Restrictions on Use:
4.1 The data traffic you use does not exceed 30% of the package data traffic and does not exceed 2GB.
4.2 If the Service is unusable within 7 days after your purchase due to reasons not attributable to you (e.g., product system technical failures), and XCrawl fails to resolve the issue within 15 days, you may apply for a full refund of the remaining amount. Please contact XCrawl in a timely manner after discovering a service failure.
If you do not contact XCrawl within 7 days after buy, it will be deemed that you acknowledge the service quality provided by XCrawl.If you think there is something wrong with the agent or software, we are here to help you. We support refunds or replacements. If you need any, please apply through the official customer service email at support@xcrawl.com. Non-refundable situations
We will not provide refund service in the following cases:
1. The information provided by the customer during the registration process is incomplete, inconsistent or contains false information.
2. The customer's account is frozen or suspended due to the customer's violation of laws or regulations.
3. The customer violates the system or service agreement (see the service agreement for specific provisions).
4. The customer has purchased a bundle through the system customer dashboard and started transmitting or receiving data through the system.
5. The quality of services provided complies with the service level agreement conditions agreed upon by both parties.
6. The purchased package service period has expired.
7. Connection quality and connection speed are affected by third-party factors and are not controlled by XCrawl. XCrawl does not guarantee any quality measurements of Internet connection quality provided by third-party Internet Service Providers and you agree that no refunds will be given for any issues related to connection speed parameters.
8. Client software issues. If a customer uses third-party or proprietary software to access or use the system, XCrawl is not responsible for the compatibility of the client software with the system.
Each customer has only one chance to request a refund, and it only applies to the first fee of the first order. If the customer has upgraded, renewed or changed the agent plan, XCrawl will only refund the initial amount paid by the customer. If the customer abuses the service or violates this agreement, XCrawl will not refund.
Dispute resolution
